Founded in 1967, the magazine created by the Jamaican Society of Architects ran until 1986.  The first managing editor was Jeanne Shearer.  Her daughter, landscape architect Juanita Shearer-Swink made history in 1995 as the first woman of color elevated to fellow in the American Society of Landscape Architects.
