LIVING CONDITIONED HOMES, NORTHRIDGE CA

 Developed by Investment and Building Corporation, Sanford D. Adler.They were a hit with the public, advertised as "keyed to good living, providing the greatest degree of comfort, livability, and convenience." Or as Krisel more eloquently stated, "advertising puffery."


1957 - 18417 Minnehaha Street, Northrdige CA.  It was the original sales model for the development. Sold to Richard and Sophie Mann. Sold in 2008 to Gem and Mark Noland. Sold in 2016 to Eileen Kohlhepp and Robert S. Wilson.
