The Claredge Housing Tract was developed by George Buccola. Described in promotional materials as "modern homes of distinction you can easily afford," 15 designs with 5 floor plans were available. The development is comprised of 104 houses. The first unit built was a model of the Better Homes and Gardens "Five Start Plan #2409." Research by Michael Locke.
