SACHA ROUBENI (1985-)
Roubeni was born in Great Neck NY, though he spent his childhood in Hamburg, Germany. He graduated in Roslyn HS in 2004. He graduated in IIT in Chicago in 2009, with a 4th year at ETSAB in Barcelona. Roubeni worked at Workshop/APD, Groves & Company, TsAO & McKOWN, and SOMA Architects, specializing in high-end residential, development, and hospitality. He founded SR Projects is a New York City in 2018.

2025 - The Benjamin and Lisa Sutton House, aka New Canaan Modern, 274 Country Club Road, New Canaan CT. 5,450 square feet and attached four-car garage. Architect of record Tanner White Architects of Westport CT. Built by Coastal Luxury Homes.
