EDWARD KILLINGSWORTH, FAIA (1917-2004) Located between Pacific Coast Highway, Beach Boulevard, and Crestview Avenue. Built by Butler-Harbour Construction. Five floor plans were developed of which Architect J. Herbert Brownell designed three and Killingsworth the other two. Killingsworth also did the tract site plans and designed some porch details for all of the house styles and the wall surrounding the community. At least 200 homes built using 21 exterior designs.
