Published by the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies (IAUS), Skyline has two lifetimes:  the first was under Andrew MacNair and ran for a few years before folding.  There were 17 issues under the editorship of Suzanne Stephens between October 1981 and April 1983. It folded because of lack of funding and the IAUS went bankrupt shortly after.
