CARL LOUIS MASTON, FAIA (1915-1992)

KENTWOOD

1953 - Kentwood Gardens, Pali Avenue, Tujunga CA. Commissioned by the Polkinghorn Construction Company as a suburban residential tract. The subdivision included three plans; Plans A and B were designed by Carl Maston, with contributions from Ray Kappe. Maston was architect of record for 25 homes (10 Plan A, 15 Plan B); Edgardo Contini was the structural engineer.
